Second Grade School Supplies List

• 1 Pair of headphones for use with computers (Over the head style with a name labeled on the headpiece in a Ziploc or waterproof zipper bag).
• 1 Backpack labeled with name
• 2 containers of Disinfectant Wipes
• 2 boxes Kleenex tissues
• 1 box assorted Band Aids
• 2 primary wide-ruled Composition Notebooks
• 24 pre-sharpened Dixon Ticonderoga #2 pencils
• 1 box 12 colored pencils
• 1 box washable Markers, thick "Classic Colors"
• 2 Pink Pearl or White Hi-Polymer Eraser
• 1 Pkg of Dry Erase Markers (4 pack fine tip)
• 1 set 16 color Crayola watercolor paints
• 1 White Card Stock Paper (8.5 x 11) (optional)
• 1 school supply box or zipper pouch (5x8" or 6x9") (*must fit all desk supplies inside)
• 2 4 Fine tip Black Flair Pen
• 1 extra fine tip Sharpie
• 1 regular tip Sharpie
• 1 pair of school scissors (make sure they fit your (lefty/righty child)
• 1-2 glue sticks

The second grade teachers at Stephenson Elementary School will typically update their school supplies list on a yearly basis, we try to update this list accordingly however we advise you to check with your child's second grade teacher and double check with the school, Stephenson Elementary School, to see if there have been any changes to this year's second grade supply list.

A couple of things to keep in mind when ordering your second grade supplies, comsumable school supplies tend to run out long before the school year ends so take advantage of the back to school offers and stock up on the basic supplies, your child's second grade teacher at Stephenson Elementary School will thank you for that, and more importantly, your child's presence is the most important thing, the supplies are second to that and your teacher will be more than understanding if you are unable to purchase all of the supplies on the list.
