Kindergarten School Supplies List

• 1 School sized backpack with child's name on it. We request that you do not purchase a rolling backpack.
• 1 Bottle of hand sanitizer
• 1 Pair of Scissors (blunt tip)
• 4 Boxes of Crayola (24 count)
• 1 Box of washable markers (wide tip)
• 1 Watercolor paint set (16 colors with brush)
• 2 Bottles of white liquid glue
• 15 Glue sticks
• 2 Plastic two sided folders with pockets and 3 prongs
• 4 Pink erasers
• 1 Box each of quart and gallon size storage bags
• 1 Box of tissues
• 1 Ream of white copy paper
• 1 Pair of headphones (No ear buds please)

• Lysol wipes
• Baby wipes
• Dry Erase markers
• Band aids
• Play-doh
• Colored pencils
• Painters tape or masking tape (any color)
• Small glue sticks (used for hot glue gun

Build a starter kit of kindergarten school supplies and add to it as needed before the school year begins.

The kindergarten teachers at Longleaf Elementary School will typically update their school supplies list on a yearly basis, we try to update this list accordingly, however, we advise you to check with your child's kindergarten teacher and double check with the school, Longleaf Elementary School, to see if there have been any changes to this year's kindergarten supply list.

A couple of things to keep in mind when ordering your kindergarten supplies, comsumable school supplies tend to run out long before the school year ends so take advantage of the back to school offers and stock up on the basic supplies, your child's kindergarten teacher at Longleaf Elementary School will thank you for that, and more importantly, your child's presence is the most important thing, the supplies are second to that and your teacher will be more than understanding if you are unable to purchase all of the supplies on the list.
